From the intersection of interstates 494 and 35 go south on 35 to its intersection with Highway 19 (exit 69). Take this exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp go left (east) on Highway 19 approximately 7 miles to the intersection of Highway 19 and Highway 3. At this intersection turn right (south) on to Highway 3 and proceed south for approximately 0.8 miles to its intersection with Jefferson Parkway.
